When you register for a course
We collect your name and email address, the rate you chose, and your payment. Your card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
During and after the course we also keep your Zoom attendance (when you joined and left), your post-test result, and your course evaluation.
Why we use it
- To register you, send your Zoom link and reminders, and answer your questions.
- To verify attendance and issue your CE certificate.
- To keep the records the American Psychological Association requires of approved sponsors. We keep proof of credit for at least three years after the course.
Who helps us
We use Stripe for payments, Zoom for live sessions, an email service to send course emails, and Google Forms for the post-test and evaluation. Each handles your information only to provide that service.
We do not sell or rent your information.

Your choices
